Must-see TV: Worlds collide — with a kiss

Ever think you'd see Desperate Housewives plumber Jamie Denton and country singer Reba McEntire in the same place?

Well, Reba does have a place here, and Jamie is from Goodlettsville, so if they were both in town they might happen to be at Noshville at the same time. But noooooooo….

The two appear together at 8 tonight on WB-Channel 58 on the WB network show Reba. Jamie plays a hunky marriage counselor whom Reba finds attractive. How attractive?

''It's funny because there was only one kiss in the script,'' Jamie wrote me yesterday, ''but by the time of taping there were four.''

And?

''Reba was great as you would imagine,'' he said. ''Good kisser.''

Now, we're talkin'! But seriously, folks —

''I became a huge fan of Reba's acting while working with her. She's very, very good and a natural.''
