JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

REBA'S Tennessee Pecan Cake

3 3/4 cup self rising flour
1 cup margarine softened
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
4 cups pecans
5 cups raisins
1/2 cup rum

Mix margarine, sugar, add eggs and beat. Sift flour, allspice, cinnamon together and add to above. Add rum, pecans and raisins.

Bake in 2 loaf pans at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or tube pan at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
